金边连翘工厂化组培育苗技术研究

摘    要:以金边连翘的幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了其工厂化组培育苗技术。结果表明:初代培养最佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L;MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L作为增殖培养基效果最好。生根阶段的最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L生根效果最好,用蛭石和珍珠岩1∶1的比例移栽苗时成活率可达95%以上。

Abstract:The rapid seedling technique via tissue culture in Forsythia suspensa Jinbian was studied by using new stem as explant.The results showed that the optimal inducing medium for an adventitious bud was MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L;the best medium for successive transfer culture was MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;and the medium of 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/Lwas the better one for asventitious root inducing.Plantlets transplanted on medium which contained vermiculite and perlite with 1∶1 had survival rate of more than 95%.
