摘    要:在喜树悬浮培养细胞中,三价稀土铈(Ce3+)的诱导刺激能显著促进喜树碱的生物合成。在细胞培养的第10天加入0.1mM的Ce3+,可使喜树碱产量达到最大值13.02mg/L,是没有受到刺激的6.39倍。与此相应的是,Ce3+刺激能显著提高培养细胞苯丙氨酸裂解酶的活性,增加细胞内丙二醛的含量。

Abstract:In suspension cultures of Camptotheca acuminata Decaisne,one kind of rare earth elements,cerium(as Ce3+) could significantly elicit and improve the biosynthesis of camptothecin.When the concentration of cerium at 0.1mM was supplemented on the 10th day,maximum camptothecin production was achieved,reaching 13.02mg/L,which was 6.39folds of that of the control.Accordingly,higher phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)activity and malondialdehyde (MDA)contents of the treated cultures increased as well.
