摘    要:据检验,掺假物主要有两大类,一类是植物性、动物性蛋白质,如豆饼、羽毛粉等;另一类是无机铵盐。现有的检验方法是用显微镜检验前一类;用先测粗蛋白质,再测水洗蛋白质或沉淀蛋白质(也叫真蛋白质,下同)来检验后者,根据二者数值相差大小,以判断其掺假物的多少,需进行两次消化。本研究的方法,主要是针对鱼粉中掺入的无机铵盐类,在无需消化的情况下进行直接测定,以判定鱼粉中是否掺假,测定结果稳定可靠。

Abstract:According to the test, the sophisticated things can be mainly divided into two parts, one is plant and animal protein such as bean cake, conglutin, another is inorganic acid. the present test, method is test the formes with microsocope and then to test the later with water filteration.This method is mainly to test whether fish meal is sophisticated. The result is stable.
