甘肃白猪与杜洛克、汉普夏猪杂交效果的研究

摘    要:本试验的目的是为甘肃省瘦肉商品猪生产确定最佳配套模式,是在过去两年五批试对长白猪、大约克夏、杜洛克、汉普夏和甘肃白猪杂交效果研究取得成效的基础上肯定了杜甘、汉×甘组合之后进行的一次大规模试验。用包括亲本在内的十五个组合90头试猪,调于同一场所进行的对比性研究。试验结果证明,以甘肃白猪为母本,杜洛克和汉普夏为父进行二元杂交,生产杜×甘F_1和汉×甘F_1代猪,日增重可达718克和761克,瘦肉率为57.53和57.39%,达到了国内三元杂交的水平。所以,甘肃白猪、杜洛克和汉普夏是甘肃瘦肉商猪生产的主要亲本,杜×甘、汉×甘组合是配套体系的基本模式。


A Study on the Crossing Effect of Gansu Baizhu (the Gansu White Swine)with Duroc and Hampshire in Gansu
Abstract:This experiment was aimed at determining the most optimum model of a complete set of lean meat swine breeds for commercial production in Gansu province. On the basis of successful trials of using four breeds of Landrace, Large White Yorkshire, Duroc and Hampshire to cross with the Gansu Baizhu(the Gansu White Swine) for five batches in the past three years, we have used fifteen combinations of 90 heads of swine crossing with one another by driving them together in a ranching site in order to conduct a comparative experiment on a large scale. We obtained F1 generation,DG or HG(signified the cross of Duroc×Gansu Baizhu or Hampshire×Gansu Beizhu),while crossing the Gansu Baizhu as the female parent with Duroc or Hampshire as the male parent. Among these biparental crosses, the daily gain reached was 718 and 761 grams and the lean meat rate was 57.53% and 57.39% for DG and HG respectively. The crossing effect of these combinations was shown to have arisen to a higher level nearly the same as these three breeds had been triparentally interbred in our country. Therefore, The Gansu Baizhu,Duroc and Hampshire are accordingly the main parental breeds for lean meat swine crossing on commercial scale. The authors concluded that the cross combination of DG and HG might be the basic models in forming the complete set of the crossing system.
