植物响应温度胁迫蛋白质组学研究进展

摘    要:温度胁迫是重要的非生物胁迫因子之一,对植物的生长发育、地理分布和品质产量等产生重要的影响。温度胁迫下植物的蛋白质组学研究可以系统揭示不同温度条件下植物蛋白质的表达状况,从而深入了解温度胁迫下植物的基因表达调控机制、植物响应温度胁迫机理。综述了植物响应高温和低温胁迫蛋白质组学的研究现状、存在问题和发展方向。

Abstract:Temperature stress is an important abiotic stress which restricts the development,productivity and geographical distribution of plants.Proteomics methods could identify the proteins and pathways involved in temperature stress responding of plants,thus reveal the regulating mechanisms of gene expression under temperature stress.Current approaches of proteomic analysis of temperature stress in plants were reviewed and the difficulties and prospects in this rapidly developing field were also discussed.
