| Abstract: | Agriculture. countryside and farmer's problems are the biggest ones which concerns the reform and opening up to the outside and modernization construction all the time. The key approach of solving "three agriculture" problem lies in the science and technology and education. This article explores how the agricultural higher vocational education improve rural economy and serve "three agriculture" problem. |
