| 摘 要： | 叙述了民国时期区域性治水方略的出现，和治水权利从士绅向近代国家的转移趋势。在这个基础上采用了水利新技术、新材料和新的施工组织制度。民国时期为了解决广东的粮食问题，大力兴建各类水利设施，在平原实行筑闸联围，增建堤段；在山区大建各种类型灌溉设施。为此，民国时期广东的农田水利事业取得了超过明清时期的巨大成就。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the emergence of the regional water management strategy and the transfer of the power of flood control from the gentry to the modern country in the period of Republic of China.On this basis,the new technology,materials and construction systems were put into effect.To solve the problem of food supply,local government of Guangdong in the time of Republic of China took great efforts in the various constructions of water conservancy,building more levee sections uniting more gates in the plains and more various kinds of large irrigation facilities in the mountains.Therefore,the farmland irrigation and water conversancy of Guangdong had made greater achievements in the period of Republic of China than that in the periods of Ming and Qing Dynasties. |
