人情功利化及其社会基础——基于辽宁东村的调查与思考

本文基于辽宁东村人情往来的实地调查，论述了当前农村人情功利化的现状，分析了人情功利化背景下农民的人情往来策略与技术，探讨了农村人情功利化之村庄社会基础，并从加强农村文化建设的角度提出了有关对策建议。文章认为，治理人情功利化以及形成积极健康的农村人情文化需要：加快社会主义新农村建设步伐，倡导一种健康文明、新型现代的人情风俗观念；理性看待红白喜事、人情往来，提倡“大事小办小事不办、婚事新办丧事简办”的节俭之风；大力整治不正之风，发扬乡村干部、社区精英的带头作用。

Human Utilitarian and its Social Foundations --Based on the Survey and Thoughts of East Village in Liaoning Province

Based on the field survey of human contact in East Village of Liaoning province,this paper discusses the current status of human utilitarian in rural areas,analyzes the strategies and techniques of peasants’ contacting each other in the context of human utilitarian,explores the social foundation at the level of rural village and puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of strengthening cultural construction in rural areas.The author believes that in order to remedy the human utilitarian and to form an active healthy human contact culture,we should speed up the construction of socialist new countryside,promote the new concept of a healthy civilized modern customs of human contact,rationally view the exchanges in weddings and funerals,encourage the new frugal spirit of "making big events small,small events nil and making complicated weddings and funerals simple".Furthermore,go on vigorously correcting unhealthy practices and carrying forward the leading roles of village cadres and community elites.
