| Abstract: | Based on the materials of paddy processing of Fengbei public welfare granary in Suzhou,this paper calculates the percentage of paddy rice yield and processing costs by related statistics and analysis,aiming at providing a set of valuable referential data on the paddy rice yield and processing costs in the late Qing dynasty. |
