广西全州县新型城镇化发展道路研究

广西全州县具有丰富的自然资源和颇有开发价值的水资源、矿产资源、旅游资源。由于历史和地理区位的原因,长期滞留在农业的生产的范围内,第二、三产业发展严重滞后,致使三次产业比例严重失调,城镇化发展非常缓慢。为适应经济社会的发展,全州县应积极推进新型城镇化的发展,以人为本,科学规划,市场导向,协调发展,构建与时代相适应的新型城镇化。

Research on the Development Route of the New Urbanization in Quanzhou County of Guangxi

Quanzhou County has abundant natural resources and valuable water,mineral and tourism resources as well.Due to the reasons of history and geographical location,the local economy has been restricted within the scope of agriculture for quite a long term and the secondary and tertiary industries has been seriously lagging behind,which results in the serious imbalance in the proportion of three industries and very slow development of urbanization.In order to meet the economic and social development,Quanzhou County should actively promote the new urbanization under the guidelines of people-oriented,scientific planning,market-oriented,coordinated development and being adapt with the times.
