绿色食品标准体系与我省绿色食品产业发展

摘    要:着重论述了绿色食品的产生背景、发展概况及其标准体系中各类别标准的特点及在保证绿色食品产品质量方面所起的作用,同时指出了我国目前绿色食品标准体系中存在的不足之处.最后,概略介绍了黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展情况,并对黑龙江省绿色食品产业今后的发展进行了展望.本文对读者了解绿色食品、无公害食品和有机食品的联系与差别,了解绿色食品的本质特征,把握黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展思路,都会起到积极的指导作用.

Abstract:This article made an introduction of green food background and its development.Pointed out the characteristics and deficiency of green food standard system and their impact in assuring the green food products quality.Briefly,it introduced the developing condition of Heilongjiang green food industry and made some prospects on its promoting in future.This article contributed the reader to realize the basic character of green food,the relationship and the difference between nuisance-free and organic food,which could help us catch the opportunity and development direction,and play a key role in the developing of green food industry of Heilongjiang province.
