二苠茄和快圆茄光合特性研究

摘    要:对茄子两个品种上、中、下位叶的光合特性进行了研究,结果表明,在环境因子相同的情况下,两个茄子品种的光合速率(Pn)日变化动态基本一致,上、中位叶呈双峰曲线,而下位叶则呈单峰曲线;上位叶和中位叶有明显的光合“午休”现象,“午休”时间在11:30~14:30之间。不同叶位间叶片Pn大小顺序为上位叶>中位叶>下位叶,其差异大小主要决定于温度和光照,其次是CO2浓度。二苠茄的Pn高于快圆茄。

Abstract:The experiment results showed that the diurnal variations of photosynthesis(DVP) of KuaiYuan eggplant was the same as ErMin eggplant. The curve of DVP of upper leaf and middle leaf had two peaks, having an obvious midday depression, and the time was 11:30-14:30.Moreover, the order of Pn were upper leaf>middle leaf>lower leaf, and the difference of them was decided by temperature, intensity of light and CO2 concentration. And there was significant difference of P. between KuaiYuan and ErMin eggplant.
