| 摘 要： | 本试验应用硝酸还原酶法对大鼠血清NO含量进行测定；应用比色法对大鼠血清NOS活性进行测定。试验结果表明：复方Ⅰ与复方Ⅱ对大鼠血清NO、NOS与cNOS有显著促进作用，但仅是正常范围内的促进，并未超出大鼠血清三种指标的范围；复方Ⅰ与复方Ⅱ对大鼠血清iNOS有显著抑制作用；从而说明复方Ⅰ与复方Ⅱ能通过增强NOS活性而增加NO含量．从而增强子宫平滑肌兴奋性而有利于子宫内恶露排出而对奶牛子宫内膜炎起到一定治疗作用。

| Abstract: | This Study determined the content of NO in rat serum with nitrate reductase method and determined the activity of NOS in rat serum with colorimetrlc method. The results showed that the compound preparation Ⅰ and Ⅱ have a conspicuous promotion to the content of NO and the activity of NOS and cNOS in rat serum in a normal range, but inhibit the activity of the iNOS in the rat serum remarkablely. It can conclude that the compound preparation Ⅰ and Ⅱ can increase the content of NO by enhancing the activity of NOS, thus it has the therapeutic function for dairy cow endometritis by enhancing the excitability of myometrium and promoting lochia discharge. |
