柞蚕卵巢细胞原代培养及对核型多角体病毒的敏感性

摘    要:对柞蚕卵巢细胞采用原代培养法,经6—7天形成细胞单层。对培养2周以上的细胞单层,进行柞蚕核型多角体病毒的感染试验,经2—3天可见部分细胞核内形成多角体,约半月感染率达60%左右。

Abstract:The pupal ovarian cells of Antheraea pernyi were cultured in Grace midium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum ( FBS ) and 3% hemoylmph of A.pernyi at pH 6.4. The cells migrated out and adhered to the bottom of the vessel and formed cell sheets after cultured 6-7 days.The morphology of the cells mainly showed round shape and the primary culture of ovarian cells could be maintained for more than 2 months. The celts were infected with nuclear poly-hedra could be seen in the nuclei of some cells after 4-7 days inoculation,The results indicated that the primary culture of the ovarian cells were susceptible to the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of A. pernyi.
