| 摘 要： | 在创制农用抗生素科技攻关筛选中得到一株放线链霉菌,菌号为SPRI-94166,通过发酵、吸附、提取等手段分离得到5个活性化合物,经UV、IR、MS、NMR等手段鉴定,发现其中活性组分94166-Ⅱ、Ⅲ为黄酮类化合物。

| Abstract: | During screening antibiotics for agricultural use, an active streptocin strain SPRI-94166 was obtained, and five components with high bactericidal phytocidal and/or insecticide activities were separated from the broth of the strain. The spectra data of UV, IR, MS, NMR of two of these substances (94166-Ⅱ, 94166-Ⅲ) have been analyzed. They belong to flavone compounds. Identification of 94166-Ⅱ and 94166-Ⅲ was reported. |
