Abstract:During 1986-1988,the inheritance of adult plant resistance to a singe spore isolate of race CY-25 of Puccinia striiformis West,was studied.The results indicated that there was at least one same or allele gene in the varieties Lovrin 10,Lovrin 13,Lovrin 18,Aurora and Predgornaja 2.A dominant gene was present in the varieties Moro,Suwon92/Omar,T.spelta album,1607 and Suwon 11.Two dominant genes conditioned the resistance of the varieties Hybrid 46 and Clement.The resistance of Sutjeska,809C2-2311,Balkan,9D49-612,SWD73295,2109·36,Posavka 2,PKBL-16,NS2772,KALISKA and Chambord was Controlled by a dominant gene and a recessive gene respectively.The varieties Lovrin 10,Sutjeska and 809C2-2311 had at least one same or allele gene.The gene of Moro was probably the same or allele with one gene of Lovrin 10.
