植物生长调节剂对金针菇的增产效应

摘    要:研究表明,植物生长调节剂可以明显促进菌丝体的生长,在培养皿中培养9d的菌丝体生长速度分别比对照增加14.3%-64.3%,以恩肥最佳。拌料和喷施相应的增产效应,以恩肥最佳,均增产10.0%以上。喷施时期以在第1潮菇的现蕾期和第2潮菇的套筒期各喷1次为好,F46喷施0.5mg/kg三十烷醇的增产幅度最大,两潮菇的生物利用率为104.2%,增产22.8%。各菌株的增产效应有明显差异。经试验证明,菇宝不

Abstract:The study shows plant growth regulators can promote the growth of mycelia in a remarkable way, and the growth rate of mycelia cultured 9 days in the culture dish is greater than that of CK by 14.3 percent to 64.3 percent. N-fix is the best nutrient. A yield increase of over 10.0 percent can be achieved by spraying the nutrient and mixing it with the culture stuff. N-fix also ranks first among its equivlents. The best way is to spray 0.5mg/kg triacontanol once in the marque period of the first flush and the sleeve period of the second flush respectively. The biological utilization coefficient of the two flushes is 104.2 percent, and the rate of production increase is 22.8 percent. Differnet strains differ strikingly in production increase. It has been proved that Gubao doesn't apply to Flammulina oelutipes.
