摘    要:摘要:【目的】为八角莲资源的可持续利用提供基础和科学依据。【方法】对八角莲进行人工辅助授粉、人工补种。【结果】经人工辅助授粉,庙坝石人山、松丰对窝山、槐坪山的八角莲结实率分别由8.1%、5.0%、2.5%提高到73.4%、91.6%、30.0%;人工补种八角莲栽培苗、种子育苗、组培苗定植苗、组培苗,成活率依次为96.7%、93.3%、50.0%、15.0%;定植一年,根部增重依次为80%、86.2%、103%、120%。【结论】人工辅助授粉明显提高了野生八角莲的结实率;人工补种方式增加了八角莲的种群数量及种群内个体数。

Abstract:To provide material and scientific evidence for the sustainable exploitation of Dysosina vers Artificial pollination and resowing was carried out for Dysosina versipellis. Through artificial pollination, the flower ripening rates in Miaobashirenshan, Songfengduiwoshan and Huaipinshan increased from 8.1%, 5.0%, and2.5% respectively to 73.4%, 91.6% and 30.0% respectively; With artificial resowing of cultivated Dysosina versipellis, cultivated seedlings, cultivated tissue culture seedling and tissue culture seedling, the survival rates were 96.7 %, 93.3%, 50.0%and15.0% respectively. After one year, the weight of roots increased 80.0%,86.2%, 103% and 120%. Artificial pollination markedly increases the ripening rate of Dysosina versipellis, and artificial resowing increases the number of species group and the number of species within the species groups.
