论信息资源的异同

论述信息资源,主要包括网络信息资源、图书馆信息资源等两大类信息资源,从范围、数量、质量、类别、选择、增值、使用工具等方面,阐述信息资源的区别及相互关系,认为两大类资源同属信息产业的范畴,都是信息资源集散地,有诸多相通之处,可互相借鉴,互补长短,获得共同发展。

On the Similarities and Differences in Information Resources

The present paper has discussed the information resources, including 2 major kinds of information resources: Internet information resources and library information resources, and their difference and relationship in terms of scope, quantity, quality, category, selection, value-addition, and tools, and expounded on the difference and interrelationship of the information resources, held the view that the 2 major categories of resources belong to the same categories of information industry, which are the collecting and distribution centers of information resources, with many things in common can referencing each other and supplementary to each other so as to gain common development in the future.
