10种平伏形木材腐朽菌的培养特性

为了掌握10种平伏形木材腐朽菌菌落的详细宏观特征和菌丝体的微观特征，用常规方法研究了它们的培养特性。 这10种木腐菌是二色胶孔菌、胶射脉菌、污泥展齿革菌、蓝特朗伏革菌、异形骨架菌、沟状劳氏革菌、串珠盘革菌、厚白盘革菌、轮纹韧革菌和血痕韧革菌，分别隶属于多孔菌目的皱孔菌科、展齿革菌科、多孔菌科和红菇目的木齿菌科、韧革菌科。它们的培养物在培养基上分别产生与子实体颜色相似的菌落；5种白腐菌产生漆酶；7种产生节状分隔的薄壁菌丝，3种产生简单分隔的薄壁菌丝，7种分化出厚壁、无隔的纤维菌丝，串珠盘革菌和厚白盘革菌产生念珠状菌丝。不同的种类在培养中菌丝分化形成的其他微结构还有囊状体、表皮细胞、厚垣孢子、分生孢子和晶体等。 

Cultural characters of ten species of procumbent wood-rotting fungi

Conventional cultural method was used to study the cultural characters of ten species of procumbent wood-rotting fungi,ie Gloeoporus dichrous,Phlebia tremellosa,Phanerochaete sordida,Terana caerulea,Skeletocutis amorpha,Laurilia sulcata,Aleurodiscus amorphus,A. disciformis,Stereum ostrea and S. sanguinolentum,aiming at getting detailed macroscopic characters of their colonies and microscopic characters of mycelia. These species belong to Meruliaceae,Phanerochaetaceae,Polyporaceae of polyporales and Echinodontiaceae,Stereaceae of Russulales,respectively. Their cultures on the Petri dishes produce the colonies similar to respective fructification's colour,five species of wood white-rot fungi generate laccase; thin-walled hyphae of seven species are nodose-septate and three species are simple-septate,seven species produce fiber hyphae with thickened wall and without septa,A. amorphus and A. disciformis produce moniliform hyphae. Other microstructures differentiated by hyphae of different species,including cystidium,cuticular cell,chlamydospore,conidium and crystal.
