摘    要:本文论述了运用遗传标记对畜禽遗传距离分析的几种方法,指出其各自的特性和优劣。并且讨论了影响遗传距离估测精度的几种因素。一般而言,在遗传距离分析中,Nei氏遗传距离应用较为广泛,其精确度较高;在亲缘关系和遗传多样度检测中,以微卫星标记最为准确,但是这几种方法之间的差异并不显著,在影响精度的几种因素中,尤其以标记位点数的多少最为重要。

Abstract:Several methods of genetic distance analysis were introduced and their characteristics, merits and disadvantages, and factors influencing estimation accuracy were pointed out. Among all these genetic distance analysis methods, Nei distance is more accurate and widely used than other methods. In detection of relative and genetic diversity, microsatellite is the most accurate, but it is not significant different with other markers, Among factors influencing estimation accuracy, marker locus number is most important.
