| 摘 要： | 本实验分别采用试管稀释法、固体平板培养基稀释法、打孔法研究了石榴皮、甘草、红枣叶、侧柏叶、山楂叶、核桃叶等植物提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。结果表明：六种植物提取物中，石榴皮的抑菌效果最好，其次是侧柏叶、核桃叶，红枣叶、山楂叶较弱，甘草抑菌活性最弱。

| Abstract: | In order to study the bacteriostasis to staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli of 6 types plant extracts : pomegranate rind,glycyrrhiza,red date leaves,arborvitate tops,hawthorn leaves and walnut leaves a experiment was conducted via adopting tube dilution method,solid medium dilution method and perforate method. The result showed : the bacteriostasis of pomegranate rind was best,arborvitate tops and walnut leaves were the second,red date leaves and hawthorn leaves were the third,glycyrrhiza was the last. |
