网络环境下我国图书馆信息资源建设和服务的调整

随着信息数字化和网络技术的迅速发展，传统图书馆正在向数字图书馆发展。对于我国多数非国家重点投资的图书馆而言，因人力物力不足而难以一步到位，这就必然在信息资源建设、服务功能、信息化管理等方面受到影响，因此需采取应变对策，把电子数字信息放在信息资源建设的主导地位，以适应网络环境下信息资源建设及传输的发展趋势。
