质热平衡原理预测萝卜丝薄层干燥与试验研究

摘    要:利用干燥中质、热平衡原理对两种干燥条件下的萝卜丝薄层干燥过程进行预测,建立了预测模型,并作了实验验证。结果表明:预测结果与实验结果十分接近,预测结果还表明物料在干燥中干燥速率先变大,然后变小,最后物料接近平衡水分,符合干燥规律,因而用该预测模型预测萝卜丝薄层干燥过程是可行的。

Abstract:A forecast was made with thin layer radish strip on two drying condition using the principle of the balance on material and heat. A forecast math model was established, and validated by experiment. The result indicated that the forecast approaches the experiment very well. The forecast also indicated that the material drying speed changed rapid gradually at first, then lessened, and approached equilibrium moisture content finally. The forecast mathematical model was feasible on thin layer drying of radish strip.
