声音对鹌鹑性腺发育和血浆LH的影响

摘    要:先后做了两个试验,研究在每日光照6小时的环境中,声音对于1—12周龄(试验1)或1—14周龄(试验2)日本鹌鹑性腺发育的影响。试验分三组:第一组每天给予12小时的收音机广播声;第二组每天播放12小时成年鹌鹑鸣叫声;第三组为对照,不播放任何声音。结果表明,一、二组雄鹌鹑的睾丸发育显然比第三组快,第一组尤甚;第三组盘8—10周龄时睾丸有所增大,后来又萎缩了。卵巢的发育,第一组有极显著的优势。

Abstract:The two experiments were carried out under a photoperiod of 6 hours per day based on which we studied the effects of sound stimulation upon gondal development of Japanese Ouail (coturnix coturnix japonica) at the age of 1-12 weeks (Expt.1) or 1-14 weeks(Expt.2).The results obtained from our experiments showed:the development of testes in groups 1 and 2 were much faster than in group 3.The testes in gronp 3 became larger at the ages of 8-10 weeks but regressed there after.As to the development of ovary, there was a superiority in group 1.
