| 摘 要： | 测定了2类乳菇属贸易种的rDNA ITS序列,根据序列构建系统发育树,对湖南2类销售量最大的"寒菌"进行了分子鉴定,确定了它们的属种名,确定它们就是乳菇属中的松乳菇和半血红乳菇.为我省乳菇属食用贸易种的鉴别、开发利用和分级出售提供资料.

| Abstract: | This research identifies two species of Lactarius collected from Hunan Province,and sequences and analyzes the ITS regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA of Lactarius.The phyllo-genetic tree based on ITS data has been set up by NJ method.And we find that there are two species of Lactarius: one is Lactarius deliciosus and the other is Lactarius semisanguifluus.All this provides reference materials for the identification,application and selling of Lactarius. |
