摘    要:以某轿车的后轮鼓式制动器为研究对象,在制动器惯性试验台上对其平均制动器因数进行试验研究。在制动压力一定的情况下,考虑初始温度和制动初速度2个主要影响因素,并对每个因素采用3个水平,利用二次正交回归方法,得到该制动器的平均制动器因数随初始温度和制动初速度的变化表达式。

Abstract:A rear wheel drum brake of some car was taken as test object,average brake factor was measured on brake dynamometer.At the same brake pressure,all measurements were performed with initial temperature and speed as two main factors at three different levels.The results was analyzed using quadric recursive method,and got the equation which can describe the average brake factor change condition with initial temperature and speed as variables.
