中草药制剂防治鸡白痢病的研究

摘    要:分别用35 味常用中药的水煎剂对鸡白痢沙门氏菌进行了抑菌试验,结果仅有石榴皮、地榆、诃子、泽泻、黄芩、金银花、黄柏、苍术、陈皮有一定的抑菌作用。以这些药物为主药组成的“白痢康”制剂对鸡白痢沙门氏菌抑菌效果明显。“白痢康”用于鸡白痢沙门氏菌人工感染鸡的预防和治疗,保护率达88% ~90% ,治愈率为75% ~84.4% ,并有明显的增质量效果;用于鸡白痢阳性父母代产蛋鸡的治疗,可使鸡白痢的阳性率由100% 降低到13.3% 以下,同时能提高鸡的产蛋率和降低死淘率。

Abstract:Bacteriostasis test of water decoction preparation of 35 Chinese herbs mostly used for controlling Salmonella Pullorum was carried out.The result showed that Shiliupi ( Punica granatum L.),Diyu ( Sanguisorba officinalis L.),Hezi ( Terminalia chebula Retz.),Zexie ( Alisma plantago aquatica L. var. orientale Samuels ),Huanglian ( Coptis chinensis Franch.),Huangqin ( Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi),Jinyinhua ( Lonicera japonica Thunb.),Huangbai ( Phellodendron amurense Rupr.),Cangshu ( Atractylodes chinensis Koidz.),Chenpi ( Citrus tangerina Hort.et Tanaka) had bacteriostasis.Bailikang mainly made up of these Chinese herbs had bacteriostasis obviously.Adult chicken and young chicken infected artificially with pullorum disease were treated with Bailikang, with 85%-90% protection rate,75%-84% cure rate,and obviously increased body weight.Parent laying hens suffering from pullorum disease were treated with Bailikang.The positive rate of pullorum decreased from 100% to {13.3%} below,therefore increasing laying rate and decreasing dead and die up rate.
