藏猪背最长肌中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活因子1α基因表达的发育性变化

摘    要:采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测了藏猪背最长肌组织中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活因子1α(PPARGC1A)基因mRNA表达量在2、4、6月龄和8月龄间的差异。结果表明:藏猪背最长肌中PPARGC1A基因mRNA的表达量在2月龄时最低,至4月龄时表达量极显著上升(P0.01),6月龄时表达量逐渐下降,但较4月龄差异不显著(P0.05),至8月龄时表达量又极显著上升到最高水平(P0.01)。本研究初步揭示了藏猪PPARGC1A基因的发育表达模式,为进一步研究PPARGC1A基因对猪肉质性状的影响提供基础数据。

Abstract:The expression changes of peroxisome proliferators activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PPARGC1A) gene in longissimus dorsi muscle of Tibetan pigs at four postnatal growth stages (2,4,6 and 8 months) were measured by using real-time quantitative PCR approach.The results indicated that the mRNA abundance of PPARGC1A gene was lowest at 2-month,then strongly up-regulated to a higher level at 4-month (P < 0.01).After a slight down-regulation during 4-to 6-month (P > 0.05),the highest mRNA abundance was observed at 8-month(P < 0.01).These results highlight PPARGC1A as a possible candidate genes for pork quality traits and provide some data on which to base further study of the molecular basis of skeletal muscles growth.
