| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法研究了锐劲特在菜地土壤中的残留动态.土壤中的锐劲特经溶剂提取,柱层析净化,进行气相色谱分析;样品的添加回收率为87.79 %～98.45 %;实验结果表明,锐劲特在土壤中的半衰期为9.52和9.96 d,施药两周后残留量降至0.045 mg/ kg,最终残留量在0.01 mg/ kg以下.

| Abstract: | A residue trends analytical method of GC was developed for the analysis of fipronil in soil of vegetable. Fipronil was extracted with regent, cleaned up with chromatography column, then determined by GC.the fortified average recoveries varied from 87.79 % - 98.45 %. Results indicated that the half-life of fipronil in soil is 9.52 and 9.96 d, the residue amount of frpronil was 0.045 mg/kg in two weeks,and the final residue amount was less than 0.01 mg/kg. |
