苦竹叶多糖提取工艺的探讨

摘    要:以浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提料液比、浸提次数为主要考察因素,运用正交试验设计,对苦竹叶多糖提取工艺进行研究。结果表明,影响苦竹叶多糖提取率最重要的因素是料液比,最佳提取工艺为:石油醚回流3h,滤渣用无水乙醇回流1h脱色并除去小分子多糖,用40倍原料质量的中性水,在温度70℃,提取时间5h下,浸提2次,Sevage法除蛋白质,加入体积分数为75%的乙醇,静置12h,得到较多的多糖沉淀。

Abstract:In order to optimize the best extraction condition,including extraction temperature time,solid-liquid ratio and times,orthogonal test method was used. The results indicated that the most important factor was solid-liquid ratio,the best extraction process of polysaccharides of bamboo leaves was that the crude drugs were extracted with petroleum ether for refluxed 3 h,the sediments extracted with absolute ethanol for 1 h,filtrable residue from previous steps were extracted two times with 40 times craft condit...
