| 摘 要： | 邓小平管理思想是对东西方传统管理理论的批判继承和发展 ,蕴涵有明显的人本趋向 ,是科学性与人文性有机结合的典范。这一思想既体现了人本管理趋向的根本政治地位 ,又体现了人本管理趋向的方式手段 ,同时还是人本管理趋向的行为目的。正确认识邓小平管理思想的人本趋向 ,对于指导我国改革开放的伟大历史实践有着极其重要的现实意义
