摘    要:在田间正常生长的条件下 ,两个甘蔗品种 GT11和新台糖 2 0气体交换的日变化表现为明显的单峰曲线 ,与 PAR的变化趋势一致 ,强光有利于气体交换。在强光下 ,A受到 Ci的限制。甘蔗叶片 Ψw 的日变化在清晨和傍晚达最高值。与新台糖 2 0相比 ,GT11具有较高的同化效率和气体交换率 ,这与其叶片较高的Ψw 有关 ,而与叶绿素含量无关

Abstract:Diurnal time courses of gas exchange in two sugarcane varieties GT 11 and ROC 20 showed one peak under the normal field growing conditions which followed a pattern similar to that of PAR . The rates of gas exchange increased with increasing PAR . Under high light, A was limited by Ci . Diurnal peaks of Ψ w in sugarcane leaves occurred in early morning and late afternoon. Compared with ROC 20, GT 11 showed higher quantum yield of assimilation and gas exchange which might relate to its high Ψ w but not to chlorophyll contents.
