羊口疮的流行病学调查

本文就羊口疮的流行病学进行了调查分析,根据座谈访问和资料记载,此病在甘肃省存在历史已久,分布地区广泛,对养羊业造成一定损失。采取病羊病料,作电镜观察,首次在我国发现了典型的羊口疮病毒粒子。绵羊、山羊对此病均易感,以羊羔发病和死亡严重。病的传播主要通过病羊与健羊直接接触,但间接接触病羊污染的饲管用具和外界环境也可使健羊感染。发病羊只在临床上呈口唇型经过,未观察到其他病型。

Epizootiological Investigation of Contagious Ecthyma in Gansu Province

The epizootiological investigation of Contagious Ecthyma (Orf) was conducted in Gansu province. The incidence of a disease like Orf in Gansu could trace back to the very beginning of this century.From the data documented, the disease spread widely in Gansu and led to severe economical losses for sheep raising.The typical virus particles of Orf were found from the scab preparations under eleetronmicroscope, which was the first event in this country. Both sheep and goats, especially the lambs,were susceptible to Orf. The direct contact seemed to be the main transmission route for this disease, but the indirect contact could also occur in some circumtances. Except the oral-labial form,no other forms were observed clinically in Gansu province.
