馆员满意度浅析

摘    要:阐述了馆员满意的概念及其必然性和意义,从工作本身、工作回报、工作关系、管理状况、工作环境5个方面探讨了影响馆员满意度的因素,同时提出了提高馆员满意度的6个措施:转变观念,以人为本;公平竞争、量才施用;重视培训、追求进步;改善关系、加强合作;完善制度、民主管理;改善环境、关爱馆员。

Abstract:This paper has described the concept that the satisfaction of librarians and its inevitability and significance.From five aspects of conditions: the work,work repay,work relation,management status,and work environments,the paper has explored factors influencing library worker satisfaction,and put forward 6 librarian satisfactions: idea transformation;taking people as the key factors,fair competition;attaching importance to training;improving relation,and enhancing cooperation,and other factors such as management of perfect system and improve environment.
