摘    要:抗菌肽种类繁多,分布广泛,是生命体先天性免疫应答的产物。抗菌肽的广谱抑菌、杀菌功能使其成为潜在的新型抗菌药物。近年来在我国动物生产中的应用研究表明,抗菌肽能够提高畜禽健康状况和生产性能,同时有益调节畜禽机体的免疫功能,有效预防和治疗畜禽多种疾病。抗菌肽与抗生素的对比研究表明,抗菌肽用量少、无残留。而作为新型抗菌剂开发应用之前,有些问题我们应认真考虑,尤其是抗菌肽有可能出现的细菌耐药性。

Abstract:There were many kinds of antimicrobial peptides which the component of the innate immune response were wide distributed. Antimicrobial peptides were broad spectrum antibiotics which demonstrate potential as novel therapeutic agents. The application studies of antimicrobial peptides on animal production made it clear that antimicrobial peptides could improve the health level of animals, and prevent and treat a variety disease of livestock and poultry. At the same time, antimicrobial peptides could be useful to regulate the body's immune function. Comparative studies between antimicrobial peptides and antibiotics showed that the working dosage of antimicrobial peptides could be very low, and had no residue. But before we developed these peptides to new antimicrobial agents, there were many fundamental problems need to discuss, especially the possible emergence of drug-resistance.
