| 摘 要： | 建立了免疫亲和柱净化高效液相色谱法测定调味品中赭曲霉毒素A。样品用甲醇与NaHCO3体积比为60:40的溶液提取,经免疫亲和色谱柱纯化,应用液相色谱法检测。结果表明,空白样品按照质量分数为1.0,20,50μg/kg添加赭曲霉毒素A,回收率为75.0%～102.0%,精密度小于15%,方法检测灵敏度为0.5μg/kg。免疫亲和柱净化高效液相色谱法测定调料中赭曲霉毒素A是一种简单、快速、准确的方法。

| Abstract: | A simple and rapid method for determination Ochratoxin A content in Spices clean up by immunoaffinity column and determination by HPLC is developed.After extraction with the ratios of MeOH and NaHCO3(60:40),the extracts of Spices homogenization are loaded on the IAC column for purification and determined by HPLC.The results show that recoveries of samples are in the range of 75.0%～102.0%,the RSD is below 15%.The limit of quantification for Ochratoxin A is 0.5 ug/kg.Determination Ochratoxin A content in Spices clean up by immunoaffinity column is a rapid,simple and exact method. |
