梓木干燥特性和干燥基准试验研究

摘    要:以梓木为对象,采用百度试验法对其干燥特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:梓木为难干树种,其主要干燥缺陷为内裂和截面变形;梓木的初期开裂、内部裂纹、截面变形、扭曲变形与干燥速度等级分别为2、4、4、2、4级。根据干燥缺陷等级及相应的干燥条件初步拟定了其干燥基准。

Abstract:The research on drying characteristics and schedule of Catalpa ovata was conducted through a series of test with 100℃ -test method, The results show that: C. ovata is difficult to be dried, its main drying defects are the honeycomb and the cross section deformation. The grades of the initial check, the honeycomb, the cross section deformation, the twist deformation, the drying rate are 2, 4, 4, 2, 4 for C. ovata. Based on the grades of drying defects and corresponding drying conditions, the drying schedules for C. ovata were established.
