| 摘 要： | 将菌毛化的鸡大肠杆菌国内分离株GL7(O78)灭活后作为免疫原,经淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)筛选,获得3E1、3H1、4A9和5G4共4株能稳定分泌1型菌毛抗体的杂交瘤细胞,它们均为IgG。免疫印迹试验结果表明:4株单抗均能同鸡大肠杆菌1型菌毛反应,识别分子质量为17~17.5 ku的菌毛蛋白。同时对鸡大肠杆菌表达1型菌毛的分离株进行检测,结果表明同一血清型或不同血清型间的鸡病原性大肠杆菌1型菌毛之间存在差异,O血清型不能完全体现菌株间的遗传相关性。

| Abstract: | Avian Escherichia coli isolated strain GL7(O78),was inactivated as immunogen to prepare specific monoclonal antibody.4 strains of monoclonal antibody hybridoma cells were obtained by indirectly enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).They are all IgG,all the 4 strains were specific to the type 1 pili through Western-blotting,and recognized the protein of fimbriae which MW about 17-17.5 ku.There antibodies were used as probe to detect the type 1 from Escherichia coli isolated strain from chicken,the result showed the there ware exist differences whether there ware in the same serotype or not,and O serotype can't fully embody the hereditary relativity of different strains. |
