棉秆与竹材颗粒燃料成型工艺及其性能的研究

摘    要:以棉秆和竹材为原料制备颗粒成型燃料,采用成型燃料密度为评价指标,进行成型温度、压力及时间为影响因子的3因素3水平正交试验,对两种原料颗粒的成型工艺分别进行研究。结果表明,成型温度和时间为颗粒成型的主要影响因素,结合棉秆和竹材颗粒燃料挥发分、灰分、固定碳及热值的测定,优选成型工艺参数为:成型温度190℃,热压压力32 MPa,成型时间90 s。

Abstract:The influences of forming temperature, pressure and time on the densities of cotton stalk and bamboo pellets fuels were studied by using orthogonal design experiment.The result revealed that the forming temperature and time were the main influence factors.The comprehensive properties of the biomass pellet fuels were the best, when the forming temperature was 190℃, the pressure was 32 MPa, and time was 90 s, combined with analysis of the ash contents, volatiles, fixed carbon and heat value of cotton stalk and bamboo pellet fuels.
