德宏州油茶油脂含量初步研究

摘    要:通过对德宏州油茶的出籽率和含油率在不同月份进行检测分析,研究德宏州油茶果实含油率变化趋势。结果表明,鲜果出籽率和种子质量的增长主要在4月到5月以及8月到9月2个时期。干籽含油率从4月至8月呈增长趋势,之后逐渐趋于平稳,因此8月之前不宜进行采收。随着果实的日益成熟,果皮颜色逐渐由青色变深至黄褐色,红褐色与黄褐色果实的干籽含油率明显高于青色和青红色果实的干籽含油率。

Preliminary Study on the Camellia Oil Content in Dehong Prefecture

Abstract:With the detection and analysis on the rate of seed and oil content of Camellia oleifera in different months, the variation tendency of fruit oil content of Camellia oleifera was researched in Dehong prefecture .The results showed that there were two increase periods to the quality and rate of seed of the fresh fruits , i.e.from April to May and from August to September .The dry seed oil content increased from April to August , which stabilized gradually from then on .Therefore , it was unfavorable to harvest before August.With fruits matured increasingly , the peel color became tawny gradually from cyan .The dry seed oil content of russety or tawny fruits were signifi-cantly higher than the that of cyan or bluish red fruits .
