| 摘 要： | 该文主要分析了安徽省实施欧洲投资银行贷款林业发展项目的可行性,确定了项目布局和范围,计划5a时间完成新造林23 558hm2,森林质量提升33 518hm2,总投资79 544.69万元人民币。项目实施对于改善安徽生态环境,促进林业可持续发展将提供示范和样板作用。同时提出了项目实施的环保对策。

| Abstract: | The feasibility of Anhui forestry development project of the European investment bank loan was analyzed to make sure the layout and scope of project.The project will plan to complete forestation 23 558hm2,improve forest quality 33 518hm2,the gross investment is 795 446 900 Yuan .The project will provide demonstrations and role mod?el for ecological environment and sustainable forestry development.At the same time proposed the project implemen?tation of the environmental protection measures. |
