| 摘 要： | 亚麻是性能优良的纺织原料。亚麻脱胶是亚麻原料加工的重要环节,脱胶方法显著影响亚麻纤维性能。综述了亚麻酶法脱胶的研究现状,亚麻酶法脱胶工艺、酶的组成、酶法脱胶引起的纤维化学组成和结构的变化。

| Abstract: | Flax as a kind of textile material,has excellent properties. Retting of flax is a key step of flax processing,and retting method influences properties of flax-fiber obviously. The current industrial flax-degumming condition and current research situation of enzyme-retting of flax were summarized. The technique of enzyme-retting on flax,component of enzyme,changes of chemical composition and structure of flax during enzyme-retting were discussed. |
