药用大豆卵磷脂的精制

摘    要:以生产食用大豆油的副产品——水化油脚为原料,用全溶剂法精制出符合药用(口服和注射)规格的大豆卵磷脂.精制工艺主要步骤如下:将水化油脚脱水脱脂制成固态粗磷脂,然后向固态磷脂中分3次加10倍的乙醇,在70~80℃温度下加热萃取卵磷脂成分.乙醇液经过滤、浓缩、水析制成含水50%的磷脂.含水磷脂经水溶、盐析、乙醇萃取、活性炭脱色和活性氧化铝处理等步骤得精制卵磷脂.其主要性能指标如下:N%=1.70,P%=3.62.P/N=2.1,酸价9.5,碘价97.0,1.2%溶液pH=6.药理学实验表明,精制的卵磷脂无毒、无热源、不降压.文中还报道了用丙酮一步脱水脱脂法制备固态磷脂和浓缩磷脂.该固态磷脂中丙酮不溶物在90%以上,含水率<1%,质量达到了食品添加剂磷脂标准.

Abstract:Lecithin which has an important biological activity and medicinal value isa essential material for preparing liposome in the medical research. In this paper, thetechnique of purifying medicinal lecithin from leftover bits and pieces of soybean oil wasreported. Firstly, water and oil were removed from it by using acetone to yield solidlecithin. Secondly, medicinal lecithin was refined from solid lecithin with alcoholic ex-traction, watery solution and salting-out, decolorization with activated carbon and treat-ment with activated aluminium oxide step by step. Its main property targets: N% =1.70, P% = 3.62, P/N= 2.1, acid value 9.5, iodine number 97.0, pH 6. The pharma-cological experiment indicated that the refined lecithin was non-toxic, non-pyrogenic andnon-hypotensive.
