鹌鹑主要免疫器官的组织学和细胞化学的研究

摘    要:鹌鹑腔上囊的中间层与鸡比较不明显,淋巴滤泡皮质RNA阳性率62.5%,比髓质高,表明淋巴滤泡的皮质区是B淋巴细胞的活化区。胸腺的被膜下及小隔周围,有生长期较大的胸腺细胞,具有细胞免疫潜能,是T淋巴细胞的先躯。脾脏内的淋巴小结及淋巴组织鞘是B及T淋巴细胞的活化部位,此处RNA的阳性率较高,为61.3%。

Abstract:The middle area of the fabricius bursa of quail was not clearer than that of the chicken. The fabricius bursa was stained by Brachet's method. The positive percentage of the Cortex of the lymphotic follicles was 62.5% and higher than of the Medulla. It is shown the cortex was the main area of the blastogenesis of B lymphocytes. These were the larger thymic cells below the capsule and around the trabecala of the thymus. They had the capability of the cellular immunity and they were the precursor of T lymphcytes. The lymphatic nodules and periarterial lymphatic sheaths of the spleen were the area where lymphocyres were activated to become B or T lymphocytes. Their positive percentage of RNA in activating cells was 61.2%.
