杂交稻恢复基因迁移与不育系自交结实的关系

摘    要:从控制携带恢复基因的花粉源入手,根据繁殖中杂交稻对不育系生物学混杂后的回交和自交过程,探讨了恢复基因的迁移和传递与不育系自交结实的关系。结果表明,杂交稻的恢复基因迁移至不育系以后,经过一代到二代的回交与自交,其后代的外观性状迅速向回交亲本靠近,出现外形趋同于不育系、结实率有高有低的“同质同形恢”,从而产生不育系自交结实现象。回复突变以及环境的影响,不是导致不育系自交结实的重要原因。

Abstract:Migration and transference of restoring genes of hybrid rice to MS line were imitated in this study by the method of controlling pollination in order to find out the relation between the introduced restoring genes and self fruitfulness in MS line.The main conclusions were as follows:self fruitfulness in MS line is mainly caused by the introduced restoring genes,that is to say,restored or halfrestored plants with the same cytoplasm as MS line have been appeared in the selfing generation and backcrossing generation of MS line.All hypotheses of socalled back mutation,environmental impact can not explain roundly why self fruitfulness occurred in MS line.
