摘    要:[目的]从DNA水平揭示整个榕属植物的分类及系统发育规律。[方法]应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对粤西地区常见榕属植物进行基因组DNA多态性分析。[结果]结果表明,榕属植物多态性占72.93%,显示出榕属植物丰富的遗传多样性。[结论]RAPD技术可以从分子水平鉴定榕属植物品种,揭示榕属植物种质资源的亲缘关系以及遗传背景,为榕属植物的栽培育种及资源的合理保护提供科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The classification and phyletic evolution rule of the Ficus plant was revealed at DNA level.[Method] The polymorphism of genomic DNA of some familiar Ficus Plants in the western Guangdong were analyzed with random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technology.[Result] The results showed that the polymorphism of the Ficus plants was 72.93%,and the Ficus plants had abundant genetic diversity.[Conclusion] RAPD technology can identify Ficus plant varieties at the molecular level and reveal the relationship and the genetic background of Ficus plant idioplasm resources,at the same time,it can also provide a scientific basis for the cultivation、breeding and the reasonable protection of Ficus plant.
