| Abstract: | This paper introduces the major procedures of governmental inviting bid in kind on goods and materials needed in colleges and universities( such as furniture, curtails, etc), establishes requirements for preparing the bid documents as well as the principles, evaluation methods and bases for decision-making which are applicable in inviting bid in kind. |
