| Abstract: | According to the published ORF2 sequence of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),glycoprotein B gene of porcine cytomegalovirus(PCMV) and noncoding region sequence of Torque Teno virus 2(TTV2),the primers were designed to develop PCR assays.And those viruses were examined in the diseased pigs from 76 pig herds of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guangdong and Guangxi provinces in 2009.The results showed that the positive rate of PCV2,PCMV and TTV2 of these 76 samples were 64.5%(49/76),69.7%(49/76) and 47.4%(36/76),resp... |
