铅胁迫对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以小麦品种矮抗58为材料,研究不同浓度铅(Pb^2+)溶液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:Pb^2+对小麦种子萌发有较大的抑制作用;Pb^2+浓度低于50mg/L时,能在一定程度上增加种子的发芽率和根数;随着Ph^2+浓度的提高,Ph^2+胁迫对小麦种子萌发的抑制作用越大,小麦种子的根数、根长、幼苗高度、根鲜重、幼苗鲜重和活力指数明显降低;高浓度Pb坝寸小麦种子根生长的抑制作用大于芽。

Abstract:Wheat variety Aikang 58 was used as experimental material to study the effects of different Pb2+ concentrations on the germination of wheat seed and growth of seedling.The results showed that lead had obvious inhibitory effects on the germination of wheat seed.When Pb2+ concentration was lower than 50 mg/L,it could promote the germination rate of wheat seed and increase the root number.With the increasing of Pb2+ concentration,the inhibitory effect on the germination of wheat seed was stronger,and the root ...
